Archaeological Park of Castilla La Mancha

Castilla La Mancha offers tourists and visitors a great variety of landscapes, cultural and culinary traditions, as well as having five archeological parks can show us a great chapter in the history of Spain and the area. Some archaeological sites are the beginning of the Middle Ages, the Roman Empire or the Bronze Age, no doubt a very interesting offer. The archaeological sites of Castilla La Mancha have audiovisual rooms, guided tours, workshops and a center for archaeological interpretation.

Segóbriga Archaeological Park
Located in the town of Saelices (basin) some 60 km de Zorita de los Canes, with the remains of Iron Age and Roman ruins.

Recíopolis Archaeological Park
Zorita de los Canes (Guadalajara) is the point where is located the castle of the same name of the town, an aqueduct or quarries where they were the Visigoths

Tolman Archaeological Park Minateda
In the town of Albacete Hellin, on top of a rock, there are settlements of the Bronze Age to the tenth century of our era, with walls, defensive systems, and remains of Roman tombs and a Visigoth basilica with three naves.

Carranque Archaeological Park
In the Toledo area, Carranque on both sides of the river Guadarrama is the archaeological park and can see buildings from the Roman period as the temple of Ninfeo, Villa de Materno, among others.
